Drop Shipment - one destination is included in the product price FOB our factory in Ohio including insurance. Shipping instructions and changes must be in writing. Shipments are via UPS or factory determined best way unless specified. A $ 3.00 (x) per box packing and handling charge applies. C.O.D. is only available for blank goods; please add a $ 20.00 extra handling. Foreign shipments made via one of our standard carriers are offered at no additional charge. Shipment via the USPS will incur a $ 20.00 extra handling charge. Please provide information necessary for export documentation. Duty and/or taxes are recipient's responsibility.
Individual Mailing - $ 2.00 each plus cost of the mailer and freight/postage. A digital copy of the addresses must be supplied in an acceptable word processor file. PC based .wpd, .txt, .doc, or .pdf.
Split Destination or Departure Shipments - total quantity shipped at one time - $ 15.00 per added destination; quantity shipped at different times - $ 25.00 per subsequent shipment. Total quantity will be invoiced at the time of first shipment. All shipments must occur within 1 year of the first shipment.
Third Party Billing - $ 3.00 (x) charge per carton applies for freight charges billed to a supplied account number. Distributor is responsible for any bill back charges from the carrier.
