Laser Engraving - a laser beam removes wood leaving a naturally darkened recessed area varying in color from very dark tan to nearly black, depending on the wood species and other factors. Set up: $ 40.00.

Increased size laser engraving - you may laser larger than the stated size in the catalog on many products (run charge: $ .45 per additional sq. in.). Additional positions may be added (set up: $ 40.00, run charge: $ 1.10 up to 2 sq. in.).

Photo engraving - lasers a copy of a supplied photograph onto wood. The quality is dependent on the quality of the submitted photo. Submit photographs of high contrast as close to finished size as possible, recommended between 2 x 3" through 8 x 10". Cropping, touch-up and enhancements can be made to the submitted photos by our art department. Set up: $90.00, run charge: $ .60 per sq. in.

3-D lasering - produces dimensional image approaching hand-carved (set up: $90.00, run charge $ .70 sq. in.)

Laser etching - direct laser process creates permanent image on metal or glass. Set up: $70.00, run charge: $ 1.10.

Sublimation - dye transfer process where the image consists of a colored dye permanently embedded into the material. Set up: $90.00, run charge: $ .85 (g).

PolyDome - virtually indestructible clear urethane coating applied over a digitally produced full color image of your supplied art. Standard background colors are brushed or polished gold or silver and white. Set up: $ 90.00, run charge: QUR.

Pad Printing (imprints) - imprints using ink can be made in almost any color. Please provide a PMS number for reference. An exact match cannot be guaranteed. Set up: $40.00, run charge: $ .50 per additional color/position.

Hot Stamping - dry imprinting process in which a design or type is set on a relief die that is subsequently depressed by heat and pressure attaching a metallic foil onto the printing surface. Set up: $70.00 (includes die), run charge: $ .50 per additional color/position.

Debossing (blind hot stamping) - depression of an image into leather so the image sits below the surface. Set up: $70.00 (includes die), run charge $ .80 per additional position.

Die Cast Medallions - we use true die casting, not spin casting. Molten metal is poured into the die allowing us to produce fine detail rivaling die striking. Medallions are available in polished brass or silver and antique brass or silver. Set up: $100.00 (includes die).

Plates - plates can be added to many products. Finishes can be
brass, brushed brass, silver, brushed silver or black on metal or plastic base material.

Engraved letters are black with the exception of black brass which engraves gold. Blank plates - $.25 per square inch (min. $ .90), Engraving - $1.10 up to 3 square inches (min. $1.10/plate) with additional square inches at $ .20, Personalization - $4.00 per name or initials plus plate cost. Direct print full color is now offered on gold or silver metal plates at $ .35 per sq. in. (min. $ 1.30/plate) plus full color set up: $90.00.

Colored mylar - brightly colored foil directly adhered to wood surface used in conjunction with laser engraving (raised areas remain colored), available in matte and reflective gold, silver, bronze, blue and red. Set up: $ 40.00 per color, run charge: $ 3.00.
